World Cities Culture Forum
The World Cities Culture Forum is the leading network of creative cities and civic leaders with over 40 major creative cities spanning six continents. Founded in 2012 to coincide with the London Olympic Games, their core belief was simple and hasn’t changed: they believe that cities can achieve more by working together, being generous with ideas and learning from one another.

Prospectus
We designed this Policy Briefing, which pulls together the key findings from the report Creative Recovery: The role of cultural policy in shaping post-COVID Urban Futures, a collaboration between World Cities Culture Forum and King’s College London.
Since 2018, the World Cities Culture Forum Leadership Exchange Programme has been supporting cities to share innovative solutions to complex cultural policy challenges. We design this report to help highlight the tangible impacts that the Leadership Exchange Programme has had on cultural policy and programmes in cities around the world, supporting creativity and cultural expression.
