After a comprehensive brand discovery phase, which included a detailed questionnaire and interviews with clients, we engaged the SC team in two brand strategy workshops with exercises designed to tease out key insights.
The results of the discovery phase and the two workshops were then synthesised into brand purpose and vision statements, a set of brand values and tone of voice guidelines, which were then used by the SC team to help develop their new brand and website.
